Mentally Strong! 


Competitive swimming can be in my opinion the hardest sport to train for, there is no other sport in the world where a young teenager has to put 18+ hours a week into training just to even be competitive at championship events. As a competitive swimmer my self, over the past few years there have been a few very important thing I have learnt about being a young competitive swimmer; It's 20% physical and 80% mental strength. the training is hard and tiring but there the only way to get through it is to be Mentally Strong! Mentally Strong! is about the world-class competitive swimmers that dominate the world stage and how they got there.
